By connecting to the eCOS ® Assort application, you are directed to the home page composed of dashboards. They allow you to view management data. They provide general indicators on the achievement of your objectives and the speed of logistics activation. They are customizable by user: it is possible to create as many dashboards as desired, then move them by drag and drop, resize them or delete them.

Create widgets

To create widgets, click the button , the widget management pop-up opens:

To create a new widget:

1. Enter a name;
2. Select the data source:

• “Number of products by specificity” displays the number of products distributed by specificity;
• “Respect for objectives vs. agreements by category” is a ratio by category between the number of articles objectified over the chosen period and the number of articles referenced on the agreement which reach the objective;
• “Respect for objectives vs. agreements by brands” is a ratio by category between the number of articles objectified over the chosen period and the number of articles referenced on the agreement which reach the objective;
• “Average warehouse activation time” is an average difference (in days) between the “First available to store” date and the “First supply” date (when both dates are entered);
• “Total time to market” is an average difference (in days) between the “First available” date and the “First supply” date (when both dates are entered);
• “Flashing schedule”: indicates future flashing dates (table type only).

3. Select a widget type (horizontal bars, vertical bars, pie chart, or table)
4. Click on

Customize the welcome

It is possible to expand/collapse the editorial by clicking on the header.
The icon notifies the user that the editorial has been updated since their last login. It disappears when the user has opened the editorial or changed menus.

It is also possible to:

• Change the position of widgets by clicking on the top of a widget and dragging it from the headers;
• Change the size of a widget by clicking on the icon at the bottom right of the widget

Widget Features

When the widget is of type horizontal bars, vertical bars or pie chart, the button located at the top right of the widget allows you to export the graph.

The button allows access allows to:

• View the widget's data source;
• Enlarge/reduce the widget;
• Export the widget to Excel (only for table type);
• Delete the widget.
