Export template

In the "Import Type" field, select what you want to export.

For “List of articles”, you can add the columns you want and remove some (some remain mandatory) in the table.

For sell out, sell in and Panel to circuits, select a date, and indicate whether it is real or fictitious data. In the calendar, the days circled in blue are days where data has already been integrated:

The button becomes active. Click on it to export the template and enter the desired data.

Import data

Click the button directly and select the desired file in Windows Explorer, or drag the file directly onto the eCOS ® Assort page. Then click before confirming the data import in the pop-up.

A new pop-up opens to indicate the status of the import. If there are no errors, the user is notified, and the number of updated reference lines is indicated:

If errors are detected, the pop-up lists the errors:

It is then possible to click on the button to re-export the Excel file with errors per line:

All that remains is to correct the errors and reimport the file.

Errors

Except for importing visuals, imported files must be error-free in order to be integrated.
