Operational planning

-
: Material process control;
-
: Event process command;
-
: Merch process command;
-
: Rent process command;
-
: direct order;
-
: deadline for ordering a means for a campaign;
-
: switch quota.
If there are multiple events of the same type on the same day, the number of events is then displayed in parentheses:
By clicking on an order type event, a pop-up allows the user to view the different orders, which are grouped by delivery location, by clicking on the 'Order tracking' button:

My investments
The 'My Investments' widget groups stores according to index bands in a graph:

By pressing one of the bars, the user has access to the list of stores in a table:

- Point of sale: company name of the place of delivery;
- Potential: potential of the PDV and in parentheses ratio potential of the PDV / sum of the PDV potentials of the same brand;
- Investment: sum of investments made by the user on the POS and in parentheses ratio sum of investments made by the user on the POS / sum of investments made by the user on the POS of the same brand;
- Index: (investments made by the user on POS / sum of investments made by the user on POS of the same brand) / (POS potential / sum of POS potential of the same brand) * 100
Clicking on the point of sale label opens the delivery location pop-up on the 'Information' tab while clicking on the investment opens the delivery location pop-up on the 'Investments' tab.
Active quotas
Top 10 quotas with the closest end dates and for which the user has at least one quantity allocated. The user finds:
- The wording of the quota;
- The amount that was assigned to it (only by enlarging the widget);
- The amount of quota available (quota allocated – quota consumed);
- The quota end date;
- The number of days remaining before quota closes.
By expanding the widget, all quotas are displayed.
Campaign coverage rate
For each campaign, a progress bar indicates the percentage of stores for which an order has been placed, compared to the number of stores for which the campaign is active. If the icon is present in the campaign label, this means that it is possible to order on at least one of the means.
For example, as a CS, my fleet is 45 stores. A campaign is open for the Auchan brand and I have 15 Auchan stores in my fleet. I have already placed orders for 5 of these Auchan stores. My campaign coverage is therefore 33% (5 / 15).
Clicking on the campaign label opens the campaign pop-up allowing:
- To consult the list of promotions and products linked to the campaign;
- To view or add Materiel, Event, Merch and Rent products to the cart;
- The list of documents associated with the campaign.

Campaign planning
List of active campaigns (default). The dark blue area represents the trading period, while the light blue area represents the in-store operation.
The red bar represents the current date and therefore allows the user to situate themselves in the temporality of the campaigns.

KPI orders
Tables summarizing the number of orders by status/process/timeframe.
Table backgrounds work in a funnel system. That is, the largest value is a base 100 and therefore occupies the entire width, and the backgrounds of the other values are in proportion to the base 100.
