Access to online help
Find a new quick access button to online help at the bottom left of your screen.
The search bar allows you to quickly find an answer to your questions, while the “Online Help” button (1) redirects you to the online help. You can also access our JIRA ticketing tool directly from the “Contact Us” button (2).
DN/DV: automatic copy of DN/DV
When creating a new period, you can automatically copy the DN and DV weights from the previous period.
Waves/Flashing schedule/Campaigns: multi-selection calendar
In the Waves, Flash Schedule and Campaigns menus, you can now select multiple dates without holding down the ctrl key.
BO Order: link to quota
If the product you are ordering is linked to a quota, you can click on the quota of each line to be redirected to the quota edition.
BO Command: Multi-selection of roles
You can now select multiple roles when selecting targets.
Signs: Duplicate Check
When creating or modifying a sign, it is no longer possible to have duplicate sign labels.
Inventory Log: Product ID
The “Product ID” column has been added.
Quota: Collapse/Expand buttons
The Collapse & Expand buttons allow you to navigate quota structures more easily.
Products: Automatic filter saving
In the list of promotional products, the filters and sorting carried out are saved automatically.
Use the “Reset Columns” and “Reset Filters” options to return the table to its default state.
Purge
In the “Min size (MB)” filter, you can now enter a decimal number.
The table now takes the size of the screen. The table has pagination and the files are sorted from largest to smallest.
Visit subtype: color code
You can now determine a color code for each visit subtype (or leave the default color code).
In the front-office calendar, each visit subtype will have its own color code.
Sales plan promos
Added promotional unit PCB fields, as well as trading start and end dates.

New questionnaire reporting
The new questionnaire reporting allows you to analyze and extract multiple questions or questionnaires at the same time.
Detailed KPI analysis: simulation mode
You can enable Simulation mode to calculate the DN based on the current SEO instead of the SEO on the date of the visit.
Detailed analysis of KPIs: details for the linear share
When analyzing the Linear Share, two new columns are introduced to allow you to know what size a category occupies vs the size of the department.
LAC & Resource Order Tracking : Filter by Creation Date
You can refine the orders to display by creation date using the new “Creation Date” filter.
Means Commands: New Columns
The “Canceled outside the deadline” column allows you to know if an animation, merch or rent order was cancelled outside the service provider’s cancellation deadline.
“Country” and “Potential” columns have been added for delivery locations.
Means controls: line selection
You can use the checkbox in the column header to select all rows with one click.
Quota reporting & Engagement rate: column retained
The “Kept” column has been added to both reports.
Delivery locations report: export of contacts
You can now view contact information for each outlet.
Direct orders: current date filter
In the Direct Orders reporting, the “Today” filter allows you to access with one click the orders and returns that were created today.

All menus: reset filters
In the column settings, the new “Reset filters” button allows you to remove all the filters you have made on the different columns:
Search bar
The search bar, located at the top center of some menus, allows you to quickly search for data in the table displayed on the screen (including columns not displayed).
- Promo planning: the negotiation and observation rates were not correct;
- Delivery Location/Investments: Direct orders and returns have been removed from the Investments tab;
- Quotas: When creating quotas in bulk, an error could occur if a product label was too long;
- Reporting: grouping on time type fields is better handled.
