Modernizing the user interface
We are pleased to announce a major update to the back-office user interface. This new version has been designed to improve your experience and make navigation even more intuitive.
Quiz
When setting up a photo-type question, the minimum and maximum interval is now automatically set to 1.
Entertainment product schedules
For animation products, you can now select times (early morning, late morning, early afternoon, late afternoon) which will be automatically filled in when an order is created. You also have the option to lock these set times, preventing any changes when creating an order.
Extensions
The new "Extensions" menu allows you to manage which extensions are available and/or required for each front-office user.

Resource tracking: "All" tab
The "All" tab displays orders from all departments (Equipment, Entertainment, Merchandise, and Rental) in a single table. Only columns common to all four departments are displayed, and the table is grouped by order ID.
Resource tracking: editable comments
Three editable comment areas have been added by LAC. Comment 1 is visible in both the front office and the back office, while comments 2 and 3 are only visible in the back office.
Monitoring of LACs and orders of resources
The filter area is no longer divided in two. The button
has been removed, allowing you to access all filters with a single click.
Direct order tracking: comment field
The comment field has been added to the table as well as to the Excel export of the "Direct Order Tracking" report.
Product Analysis Reporting
You can now select more than 5 products in the filter. The maximum number of selectable products can be changed by contacting support. The "Organizations" and "Categories" filters have been added. You can also choose to display only picking or multi-category products. Finally, you can use the "Include All" button to simulate unvisited stores.
