Direct order
Direct ordering allows you to order finished products from eCOS ®.
In the product catalog, after choosing a company and a point of sale, it is possible to add finished products (paid or free) to the cart. It is also possible to create returns/destructions for products in a point of sale.

Direct order tracking allows you to track the progress of orders and returns.
In a point of sale file, the "Turnover Tracking" tab allows you to track the turnover, volume and return rate of direct orders, by company.

Contact Category
It is now possible to link a contact to a category(ies). When sending the sales plan, only the products of the categories to which the contact is linked are sent.

Hours of operation
In a point of sale file, it is now possible to enter the opening hours.

Remembering password
To comply with security rules, the password is no longer retained on the login portal. Only the username and customer code are now saved.

User interface change
The product catalog and shopping cart have received a user interface update to modernize it.

Security improvements
Security improvements have been implemented following the recommendations of an ANSSI-certified body in order to meet customer requirements.
