We are delighted to announce a major update to the eCOS Sales user interface! This new version has been designed to offer a smoother, more modern and intuitive experience while retaining the features you are familiar with.

What's new ?

1. New visual identity: we have modernized the interface with a cleaner design, updated icons and a more dynamic color palette for pleasant everyday use.
2. Mobile optimization: The interface now adapts perfectly to mobile devices, ensuring optimal use regardless of the device you're using. The mobile user experience has been redesigned to offer smoother navigation adapted to smaller screens.
3. Improved navigation: The menus have been simplified for a more intuitive experience. You'll find what you need more quickly, thanks to a more logical organization and a redesigned layout.
4. Enhanced accessibility: We have included new accessibility options, such as improved contrast and more readable fonts, to ensure a better experience for all our users.

Why this update?
We undertook this redesign to offer a look more in line with current standards, while taking into account feedback from our community. The goal is to make the application more user-friendly, while increasing its efficiency and simplicity.

PC:

On PC, you shouldn't notice any major changes apart from the filters in the rent menus, which have been grouped under the button.

Extensions allow you to add plugins to the eCOS Sales application, providing additional features or menus. Everything is customizable per client platform and can be activated per user.

AI Visit Suggestions
Thanks to eCOS ® AI, easily find the points of sale to visit first and plan your visits in just a few clicks.

Upcoming extensions
Many extensions will be introduced over time. However, we can already reveal the next one: an internal chat system allowing users to communicate with each other. They will even be able to tag people or create links to orders, campaigns, products, or documents.

Update management
When an application update is available, you have the option to postpone it so as not to interrupt your ongoing actions (by clicking on “Not now”).

On your next visit to the user portal, you will be asked whether you wish to perform the update or not.
You can also access the menus to download the update immediately.
