Cancelled order lines are no longer displayed. Associated quantities and values are shown in the details of a purchase order.

The type of POS has been added to the filters.

Simplifying My Clients
New tab organization for a customer record. The Preferences and Hours tabs have been merged into a single tab. The Investments, Sales Tracking, and Returns Tracking tabs have been merged into a single tab renamed Sales and Investments. The Location tab has been merged with the Information tab.

Removal of the "Point of Sale Status" step
In the process of a visit, the "Point of Sale Situation" step has been removed, and the information previously contained in this step is now accessible in the visit preparation step.

Summary
In the Visit Preparation stage and in the customer file, a new Summary tab is present allowing you to see at a glance all the actions to be taken and the information available.

Displaying menus
It is now possible to hide the front-office menus from the role settings in the back office. This complements the permissions settings. You can grant permission to place direct orders but hide the Product Catalog menu if you want your sales representatives to be required to schedule a visit.

Changes to the fields of a delivery location
If you want to give your sales representatives the ability to modify certain fields of a delivery location, this is now possible. The configuration will be based on the type of location, and you can authorize modifications to specific roles if needed.

Displaying photos
The display of photos in full screen and the ability to zoom in have been improved. By default, the photo is displayed at its original size.

System visit subtype
For the PRIVATE, NIGHT, VISIT and EXTERNAL subsystem types, it is now possible to add a custom translation and hide them for organizations or roles.

Displaying the external reference of an order
If you load external orders from an ERP into eCOS , the ERP order reference is displayed in the order details.


Bug fixes :
  • Problem displaying excluded days in a time zone rent from that of Paris;
