Consult the organizations

To view an organization, use the organization tree on the left of the screen.
You can also expand or collapse all your organizations using the buttons or use the search bar to quickly find an organization.

Click on the label of an organization to open its detailed file and thus be able to modify it.

Edit an organization

Once the desired organization is selected, it is possible to modify the label and reference of the organization, the users attached to the organization as well as the restrictions, the configuration of the front office and back office widgets or the sharing of data.

Click on to save the changes.

Widgets

For each widget, indicate whether it is:

• Default: User can add or remove the widget from their homepage;
• Mandatory: user cannot remove the widget from their homepage, it will always be visible;
• Hide: User cannot add the widget to their homepage, it will never be visible.

BO Widgets

For each widget, indicate whether it is:

Sharing

The sharing tab allows you to configure data sharing from one organization to another.

For example, on a promoter's organization, indicate that a CS has access to sharing. On its front office, the CS will have access to the promoter's stores and orders, but not the other way around (unless you make the same reverse setting).

Create an organization

To create an organization, right-click on the parent organization and click "Add Organization" in list view, or click the button of the parent organization in the organization chart mode.

Fill in the organization label, then click OK. The new organization is created and attached to the parent organization.

Click on the "View organization details" button to modify it after creation.
