In the “Roadmap” menu, after displaying the table, select one or more product(s) using the check marks to the left of the table, then click on (visible if permission is enabled for the user role). A new pop-up is displayed:

On the first line, the number of products affected by the copy is indicated.

The “Signs” filter contains the signs for which the user has the right to write. By default, the sign selected in the Roadmap is selected, but you can select others.

The “Source Period” list contains all the periods created. By default, the period selected in the Roadmap is selected.

The “Destination period” list contains the current period and future periods. By default, the period selected in the “Comparison period” field of the Roadmap is selected if it is a future period.

In front of each reference value, indicate to which other reference value it will be copied. The three lists therefore contain the values “Obj”, “Acc”, “Att” and “-” (which means that there is no action). It is not possible to indicate the same reference value as a destination several times.

Once you have made your choices, click on “Apply selection”.

Example :

1. For the 103 selected products, there is no action regarding the objective.
2. For the 103 selected products, the agreement for the 2022 period for the AUCHAN brand will be copied to the agreement for the 2023 period for AUCHAN. Then, the agreement for the 2022 period for the CARREFOUR brand will be copied to the agreement for the 2023 period for CARREFOUR.
3. For the 103 selected products, the landing of the 2022 period for the AUCHAN brand will be copied to the landing of the 2023 period for AUCHAN. Then, the landing of the 2022 period for the CARREFOUR brand will be copied to the landing of the 2023 period for CARREFOUR.
4. For the 103 selected products, the product comments of the AUCHAN brand for the period 2022 will be copied to the product comments of the AUCHAN brand for the period 2023. Then, the product comments of the CARREFOUR brand for the period 2022 will be copied to the product comments of the CARREFOUR brand for the period 2023.
