Manage SEO
The “Referencing” menu allows you to manage the referencing of products by brand.
To display the data attached to a brand, you must first select at least a period, a brand and a category.
List of articles
Only published products, with a reference prioritization and which are not in "Deletion" status are displayed in this menu.
If the Assortment option is enabled, a product no longer needs to have a reference prioritization.
The “Referencing” menu allows you to view global information, brand and brand/period.
The table
The blue cells are editable directly in the table. These are all the brand and brand/period fields, except the 'Acc' and 'Nv Acc' fields. When the data in a field is modified, the cell becomes dark blue until the modification is saved:

Editable cells
For a cell to be editable, the user must have write rights on the product category and on the brand concerned.
Hovering over the “Label” field of an article displays the main visual linked to this article or the complete label of the article if there is no visual attached.
Clicking on the “Label” field of an item opens a pop-up of the item sheet. In the “Contextual information” block, the brand and period are automatically selected and applied to the filters:

Color code of the “Acc” field
- If 'Obj' > 'Acc' then color of the 'FDR-ObjGreaterAgree' parameter in middle office;
- If 'Obj' = 'Acc' then color of the 'FDR-ObjEgalAgree' parameter in middle office;
- If 'Obj' < 'Acc' then color of the 'FDR-ObjLessAgree' parameter in middle office.
List of strata
The fields “Obj”, “Att' and “Nv acc" present the list of strata for each brand. The user can thus select a stratum per product.
If there are existing strata branches, the strata list has a membership line. For example:
![]() |
![]() |
List of back-office strata | List of strata on the roadmap |
If multi-strata is enabled on the brand, it is possible to choose several strata for a product. But it is only possible to select one stratum per branch. For example, if H2 is selected, it is not possible to select H1, H3 or H4. H2 must first be deselect.
By default, the first selected stratum is considered "main". It is then possible to change the main stratum by clicking on the button
List of strata
The layers available for a product depend on thesettings made in the back office .
Circuit objectives
If the sign selected in the filter is attached to a circuit, and this circuit has objectives, then the objectives are automatically displayed in the table:

Manage agreements
Why create an agreement?
The "Acc" column of the table is not directly editable. To make changes, you must create an agreement, to be able to modify the "Nv Acc" column which will be reflected on the "Acc" column on a given date:

Create the chords
To create an agreement, click the button , the “Manage Agreements” pop-up is displayed:

In the “Information” tab, enter:
- The wording of the agreement;
- The application period;
- The implementation date (D+1 at the earliest);
- Publication: “No”, the agreement is saved as a draft, meaning that the changes will not be made.
It is possible to create multiple agreements with the same publication date but only one can be validated for the same date. An agreement can also be multi-brand.
In the "Sharing" tab, use the checkboxes to select which users to share the agreement with:

Click “OK”.
Manage an agreement
To edit the "Nv Acc" column of the table, select an agreement in the selection filters. Agreements that are validated have a green check mark before their wording:

Once the filters are applied, the "Nv Acc" column of the table becomes blue and is therefore editable. The changes are made by differential. That is to say that an empty cell in "Nv Acc" will not have an impact on the "Acc" cell of the same product.
To delist a product, choose the dash “-” in the list of layers.
Modify an agreement
To modify an agreement, click the button , the “Agreement Management” pop-up appears, then in the drop-down list, select the relevant agreement:

If the agreement is yours, then it is possible to modify:
- The wording of the agreement;
- The application period;
- The implementation date (D+1 at the earliest);
- The publication.
Once you have made your changes, click “Save”.
If the agreement is not yours, all information is read-only, and the icon is displayed in the drop-down list:

If the agreement already contains reference modifications, they are summarized in number of modified products per brand:

Delete an agreement
To delete an agreement, click the button , the “Agreement Management” pop-up appears, then in the drop-down list, select the relevant agreement:

Then click on “Delete” and confirm the deletion (only possible if the agreement belongs to you).
