The "Evolution of agreements" report allows you to track the movements of the negotiated referencing (Acc) throughout the period on each item for a brand. At each agreement date, a column will be created on the report if and only if at least one referencing modification has been made on the brand concerned.

To view reporting information, select:

1. One or more period(s);
2. A sign;
3. One or more category(ies).

The “Evolution of agreements” reporting allows you to view global information, brand and brand/period, as well as global and brand prioritizations.

In the past, only agreements that have been published and implemented are displayed.
In the future, all agreements (published or not) are displayed.
If an agreement is published, the symbol precedes the publication date.

Calculation method :

In the "Gross" tab, all the strata linked to a product are displayed, regardless of the multi-strata setting on the brands.
For the “DN” and “DV” tabs:

It is also possible, for the DN and DV tabs, to choose whether the data is displayed in weighted form (DN and DV divided by 100) or raw form (DN and DV weights configured in the back office) using the button .
The button state is saved in user views.

Show only movements

• ON = only movements within a date are displayed;
• OFF = for each cell, the date referencing is simulated.

Color code

• If the previous layer had a larger spread, then color the parameter “ReportAccountSegmentEvolutionGreaterReference”;
• If the previous stratum had a smaller spread, then color the parameter "ReportAccountSegmentEvolutionLessReference";
• If the product is dereferenced (the current stratum is empty while it had a stratum previously), then color of the “ReportAccountSegmentEvolutionRemoveReference” parameter;
• If the product is referenced (current stratum is not empty, previous stratum was empty), then color of the “ReportAccountSegmentEvolutionAddReference” parameter.
