The “DN/DV Evolution” reporting allows you to view the evolution of referencing data (Obj, Acc and Att) as well as Panel and CRM data in DN or DV over time, and volume and value data from sell out and sell in.

To view reporting information, select at least:

  1. A start date;
  2. An end date;
  3. One or more signs/one or more circuits;
  4. One or more category(ies);
  5. An evolution value of 2;
  6. One or more category(ies).

The “Evolution DN/DV” reporting allows you to view global and brand or circuit information.

Calculation method

For signs

For the “DN” and “DV” tabs:

For the aggregation of data from daughter brands on the parent brand:

Weight of strata of sign 1 x weight of sign 1 on the parent sign
+
Weight of the strata of sign 2 x weight of sign 2 on the parent sign
+

+
Weight of the strata of the sign nx weight of the sign n on the parent sign

For the circuits

For the circuits:

Weight of strata of sign 1 x weight of sign 1 on the circuit
+
Weight of sign strata 2 x weight of sign 2 on the circuit
+

+
Weight of the strata of the sign nx weight of the sign n on the circuit

Strata vs circuit

The strata are taken into account if they are linked, in the back office, to the circuit selected in the reporting.

Reporting settings

Weighted / Gross

It is also possible, for the DN and DV tabs, to choose whether the data is displayed in weighted form (DN and DV divided by 100) or raw form (DN and DV weights configured in the back office) using the button .
The button state is saved in user views.

Aggregate data from daughter brands

When a parent brand is selected, the data from the daughter brands is aggregated on the parent brand.

Panel data, volume/value

By default, the panel data for circuits is calculated based on the aggregation of the panel data for the circuit's brands. By changing the "to circuit" switch, the panel data will not be calculated, but directly drawn from the panel data by circuits integrated into the platform via the Import menu.
The button state is saved in user views.

Chart

By clicking on a line in the table, the evolution graph opens with a curve for evolution value 1 and a curve for evolution value 2 for each selected brand or circuit.

The buttons:

Allows you to show or hide the values in the graph.
Allows you to zoom in by selecting an area in the graph
Allows you to return to the previous state
Allows you to return to the initial state
Allows you to save a photo capture of the graph
Allows you to display the graph in linear form.
Allows you to display the graph as bars

If the user has selected only one sign or circuit, the graph is color coded:

If the user has selected multiple signs or circuits, each curve/bar has its own color.

DN & DV tabs

The DN and DV tabs allow you to analyze SEO data (Obj, Acc and Att) as well as CRM and panel data.

Screening Dates

To create projection dates, select “Acc” in “Evolution Value 1” or “Evolution Value 2”. Then click the button and add the projection dates you want before applying the reporting filters. The projection dates are symbolized by the icon

Agreements vs projection

To perform the projection, only validated user agreements are taken into account.

Multi-chords

If for the same date, a product in a brand has several agreements, it is the first agreement created which is taken into account.

Reference to date

If you select "Obj", "Acc" or "Att" in "Evolution Value 1" or "Evolution Value 2", a column corresponding to the date referencing will be created. It is symbolized by the icon

Sell in & Sell out tabs

The Sell in and Sell out tabs allow you to analyze sell in and sell out data by product and date.

DN & DV Weight

The DN/DV weights appearing in this reporting are configured upstream in the back office by the administrator.
