The “Actual vs. Negotiated Diffusion” reporting allows you to compare negotiated listings (Acc) with the diffusion levels observed by the Panel and the CRM.

To view reporting information, select at least:

1. A sign;
2. One or more category(ies).

The “Sign compilation” reporting allows you to view global information, sign and sign/period, as well as global and sign prioritizations.

Calculation methods

The purpose of this reporting is to ensure that the assortment integrated into the eCOS ® Assort roadmap is close to what is observed by the in-store sales force (via CRM data) and the checkouts reported by the reference statistics institutes (panel). It will therefore highlight the significant differences that may exist between theoretical referencing and observed referencing.
Thanks to an index column calculating the importance of variation of the DN and DV, the user will be able to quickly see the gaps and also quantify the impacts in terms of volume and value:

If the index is less than the “ReportAssortDiffusionThreshold” parameter, then the cell background shading is equal to the “ReportBadColor” parameter.
If the index is less than the “ReportAssortDiffusionThreshold” parameter, then the cell background shading is equal to the “ReportGoodColor” parameter.

Weighted / Gross

It is also possible, for the DN and DV tabs, to choose whether the data is displayed in weighted form (DN and DV divided by 100) or raw form (DN and DV weights configured in the back office) using the button .
The button state is saved in user views.

Aggregate data from daughter brands

When a parent brand is selected, the data from the daughter brands is aggregated on the parent brand.
