Create a sign

To create a sign, click on the button . In the “Details” area, enter the name of the brand (mandatory) and its code (optional).

If this is a brand, do not select a parent brand. If this is a sub-brand, select the parent brand to which it will be attached.

For eCOS ® Sales, specify whether the application should manage fax/email sending by checking the associated boxes and the deadline and sending time (X days before the service).

For eCOS ® SFA, it is possible to prohibit picking on higher levels, or picking of non-referenced products.

For eCOS ® Assort, please indicate whether multi-strata is allowed on the store, i.e., are users allowed to select multiple strata for Obj, Acc and Att on a product in a store. And if so, what is the calculation method for reporting (sum: all strata are taken into account, Main: only the main stratum is taken into account).

Initialization from the parent sign

When creating a sub-brand, you can initialize the layers, the connection to circuits and warehouses and the CRM duplications, by checking the corresponding box in each tab.

Stores ( eCOS ® Sales & SFA)

This is the list of points of sale associated with the selected brand. Click on the label of a point of sale to open the editing pop-up and modify it.

To create a store, use the Delivery location menu.

Strata ( eCOS ® Assort & SFA)

This tab presents the hierarchy of the strata attached to the brand, as well as all the strata information:

Create a stratum

To create a new stratum branch, right-click on "Strata", then on

It is also possible to add layers below or above the selected layer.

Edit a stratum

Right-click on the stratum to modify. In the pop-up, it is possible to modify the label, the number of stores, indicate whether the stratum should be exported to the CRM, the circuits to which this stratum is attached (if no circuit is selected, the stratum inherits the circuits of its brand) and the categories to which this stratum is attached (if no category is selected, this means that the stratum is available for all categories).

Delete a layer

You can also delete a stratum by right-clicking on it and then clicking “Delete Stratum”.

Circuits ( eCOS ® Assort)

This tab allows you to attach a brand to different circuits, and to be able to have aggregations to circuits in the eCOS ® Assort reports.

Warehouses ( eCOS ® Assort & SFA)

This tab allows you to attach warehouses to a brand. If a warehouse does not exist, go to the "Warehouses" menu to create it before you can attach it to a brand.

Duplication ( eCOS ® Assort)

CRM duplication allows you to duplicate the reference lines of one brand to other brand(s) in the ProductAgreement and ProductAgreementByStrate DDEs.

To do this, click on the button , then enter the label (mandatory) and the store code (optional) before confirming with the button

Logo

The Logo tab allows you to link a logo to a brand. The logo is then visible in the front office.
To add a logo, click the “Choose File” button, then select your logo in the file explorer. Then use the crop tool to adjust the image size.

Documents

The Documents tab allows you to link documents to a brand so that they can be easily viewed by front office users. To do this, click on the button . All you have to do is select files in the folder tree or click on “Select” to automatically add a document from your PC to the eCOS ® Doc folder and attach it to the campaign.

Sell-in distribution

The Sell-in Distribution tab (only available for parent brands) allows you to create distribution keys according to a category level and the daughter brands. When the sell-in data of a parent brand is integrated (via an interface automatically or via the eCOS ® Assort import menu), it is then automatically distributed to the daughter brands according to the distributions entered.

Edit a sign

In the "Sign" menu, simply click on the sign to modify. It is then possible to modify all the fields, except the attachment to the parent sign.

Click on to save the changes.

Remove a sign

In the "Signs" menu, simply click on the sign to delete, click on before confirming the deletion.
