Delivery location
The "Delivery location" menu allows you to create, modify and delete all types of delivery locations.
It is possible to filter delivery locations by location type or organization:

Create a delivery location
Click on the icon
In the "Details" area, enter the mandatory information (Reference, label, company name, address 1, postal code, city and especially what type of place this delivery location is attached to as well as the brand if it is a store and the SIRET number if it is a prospect) as well as non-mandatory information if necessary.
Several tabs are then visible:
Info
Allows you to link the delivery location to seasonalities , a group of delivery locations , a distribution channel , a circuit , a type of POS and a brand (mandatory if it is a store or a prospect). It is also possible to enter a turnover potential, to indicate whether the delivery location automatically bypasses the geolocation verification for visits as well as the delivery days for direct ordering.
Organization
Allows you to link the location to one or more organizations.
Contacts
Allows you to create contacts for Event, Merch, Rent process orders or for visits.
Preferences
The preferences tab allows you to indicate your delivery location visit preferences.
Click on the times to turn them green or red.

Strata
The strata tab allows you to indicate a global stratum for the delivery location, and a stratum by category in the delivery location.
If a category has no stratum, it inherits from the global stratum.

Attributes
If delivery location attributes have been created, this tab allows you to enter additional information. Some attributes may be mandatory for creation.
Hours of operation
The tab allows you to indicate the opening hours of the point of sale.
Click on the times to turn them green or red.
Logistics
Set the delivery time for direct order from a company/logistician combination. If the time is set to 0, it will be possible to have it delivered on D+1.
Documents
The Documents tab allows you to link documents to a delivery location so that they are easily viewable by front office users. To do this, click on the button . All you have to do is select files in the folder tree or click on “Select” to automatically add a document from your PC to the eCOS ® Doc folder and attach it to the campaign.
Change a delivery location
After the first save, new tabs are available and you have the possibility to modify the fields already filled in:
Change of sign
Changing the sign of a delivery location irreversibly erases the layers attached to that location.
Map
Locate the delivery location on a Google Maps map.
It is possible to modify and refine the location by clicking on the icon then moving
and saving.
Investments
The investment tab allows you to quickly analyze by means (Material, Merch, Event and Rent) the investments that have been made at the point of sale:

CA monitoring
The Sales Tracking tab allows you to quickly analyze by company the direct orders that have been made at the point of sale.
Returns tracking
The Return Tracking tab allows you to quickly analyze by company the returns that have been created at the point of sale.
KPI
The KPI tab allows you to analyze the KPIs included in the SPS or outside the SPS, as well as the KPIs by categories or specificities. It is also possible to see the list of products out of stock or missing during the last visit or the price alerts (product price recorded different from the product price indicated by the administrator).
NB : if a KPI does not have a target, then target = KPI value.
The 3 main KPIs set on the SFA medium are displayed upstream.

Visits
The visits tab allows you to view all visits made to a point of sale.
Clicking on the date opens the tour in a pop-up in front office format. While clicking on a number of photos (before or after) opens the pop-up allowing you to download the photos taken in the survey during the tour.
Visit objectives
The visit objectives tab allows you to set a visit rate at the point of sale rather than at the cluster. If the point of sale does not have a visit rate, the one at the cluster is taken into account.
Select an organization, a role and then click on . In the table, indicate a value (required), a parameter (required) and a frequency (optional).

SEO
This tab allows you to consult the product reference valid for the selected point of sale.
ESR
This tab allows you to make settings specific to ESRs.
The “Morning prep deadline” and “Afternoon prep deadline” are used to calculate the first possible availability date based on the order creation time and the “Morning/afternoon deadline” parameter:

Don't forget to activate the ESR so that it is visible in the front office (1) and to select the opening days (2).
Delete a delivery location
Click on the delivery location to delete, then on the icon before confirming the deletion.
Removal of delivery locations
Deleting a location is only possible if the location is not attached to any current orders.
Validate stratum changes
As part of visits, you can allow field users to modify the stratum of a category, but these changes are subject to validation.
To validate or reject stratum changes, click on the icon then select a delivery location in the new pop-up. You will then be able to see, by point of sale, the requests for strata changes by category. They are accompanied by a comment from the CS who can also attach a photo:

Then click on the Validate or Refuse buttons to manage the stratum change request.
If a line does not have the Validate/Reject buttons, it is an old request that you have already validated. But you can still view the comment and photos.
Validate location type changes
As part of lead management, users can change the location type of a lead to another type if you enable the permission. If the validation workflow is enabled, you can click the to validate or refuse a change of location type for a point of sale.
