General presentation
The promo plan allows you to view the different promotions in chronological order.
Use the filters to refine the promotions displayed according to brands, highlights or categories.

Clicking on the promotion label opens the details pop-up and gives you access to the description, the different dates and the products that make it up (and whether they are published or not). You can also consult the attached documents and order the associated advertising and promotional means.

Click the button to see the list of points of sale associated with the promotion.
corresponds to the negotiation period. The date of the last visit that took place during the negotiation period will be indicated if there was one. If the border is red, it means that the promotion has not been negotiated. If the border is green, it means that the promotion has been negotiated (at least one product).
If there is no date, click the button to automatically place a visit according to the campaign period and preferred visiting times.
corresponds to the in-store observation period. The date of the last visit that took place during the negotiation period will be indicated if there was one. If the border is red, it means that the promotion has not been negotiated. If the border is green, it means that the promotion has been negotiated (at least one product).

Negotiation rate & observation
corresponds respectively to the negotiation rate (number of stores in which the promotion was negotiated / number of stores concerned by the promotion) and the observation rate (number of stores in which the promotion was observed / number of stores concerned by the promotion).
When clicking on either rate, the list of stores associated with the promotion is also displayed, but it is filtered to stores that have not been visited/scheduled.
