Upload files

Go to the “My Watch” menu. It is then possible to view the Watch requests created from the back office to upload documents and photos.

For each Watch, the following information is displayed:

  • An action button to provide feedback;
  • The wording of the Watch;
  • The priority level of the Watch (Low, Normal or High);
  • The number of Watch lifts performed relative to the maximum number of lifts (if a maximum is set);
  • The start date;
  • The end date;
  • The name of the brand concerned by the Watch or the number of brands if there are several brands;
  • The label of the category concerned by the Watch or the number of categories if there are several categories;
  • The label of the classification concerned by the Watch or the number of classifications if there are several classifications.

Use the filters to refine the promotions displayed according to brands, categories, classifications or start/end date.

To move files back up, click on the action button or click on the Watch label to open the detail, and click on

Then enter the brand and the point of sale concerned, as well as the category, the classification and a comment if necessary, then click on “Next” to add photos using the button from your device's file explorer, camera or webcam.

If a limit number of uploads is specified and the user uploads more files, the following message will be displayed:

When the maximum number of files is reached, the Add Watch button is no longer accessible.

If the watch is subject to validation, the status of the upload is Pending. This means that the upload will first be validated or refused by a user on the back office before it is distributed to all users. If this is not the case, the file will be in Published status and directly accessible to other users.

View Watch feeds

Go to the “Watch Requests” menu, then click on a Watch request to see all the reports that have been made by you and other users:
