It is possible to schedule deliveries to delivery locations by creating waves. For example, a wave every Wednesday on the boxes will allow shipments to be pooled to reduce logistics costs.

Create a wave

Click on , then enter a label in the “Details” area.

Dates

Enter the dates of the different waves:

  1. By selecting a date and then clicking on “Add”:
  1. By clicking on "Select dates":

The list of dates is then displayed in the tab:

Roles

Select the roles to which the wave will be applied (e.g. CSs and DRs, but not Admins).

Delivery location type

Select for which types of locations the wave will be active (e.g. only on boxes).

Providers

Select for which logisticians the wave will be active.

Edit a wave

In the "Waves" menu, simply click on the wave you want to edit. You can then change the label, as well as the dates and other restrictions.

Click on to save the changes.

Delete a wave or date

In the "Waves" menu, simply click on the wave you want to delete, then click , before confirming the deletion.

To remove a date from a wave, click the button of the relevant date in the “Dates” tab.
