Create a logistician
To create a logistician, click on the button 
, then in the “Details” area, fill in all the mandatory information.
Kind
Remember to select the correct type for the logistician among the 3 available:
- Logistician: to be used for POS products;
- PF Logistician: to be used for finished products and direct ordering (allows to be linked to eCOS ® Assort products;
- ERP: to be used for finished goods and direct ordering (allows you to decide to which SFTP directory direct orders will be sent via EDI).
Time limit
In the POS, indicate the creation deadline, the available days and the type of grouping by clicking on the button 
for each type of delivery location.
When ordering directly, only indicate the available days (deadlines are set by delivery location).
Means
For POS only, indicate which method the logistician is linked to:
Logisticians and products
The logistician must then be informed on each item sheet.
Click on 
to save the creation.
Edit a logistician
In the "Logisticians" menu, click on the logistician to modify. It is then possible to modify all the fields.
Click on 
to save the changes.
Delete a logistician
In the "Logisticians" menu, simply click on the logistician to delete, then on 
, before confirming the deletion.
