General

Access to online help
Find a new quick access button to online help at the bottom left of your screen.
The search bar allows you to quickly find an answer to your questions, while the “Online Help” button (1) redirects you to the online help. You can also access our JIRA ticketing tool directly from the “Contact Us” button (2).

Search bar
The search bar, accessible in menus except Import, is now expanded by default.

Items

Sell-in profitability
The sell in profitability and sell in brand profitability fields are used to indicate the profitability of a product for sell in simulation calculations.

Sell out profitability
Sell-out profitability (overall and brand) can now be negative.

Reference product
You can indicate on a product A, a reference product B.
This allows, in the simulation calculations, for product A, to take into account the sell out/sell in data of product B.

Verification of promotional units
In an item record, you cannot delete a promotional unit if it is used for a current or future promotional campaign.

Product nomenclature management
As part of the promotion management for eCOS ® SFA, you can indicate the nomenclature of a product (i.e. the products that make up a product).

Import

Sell-in profitability
The fields “Sell in profitability” and “Sell in brand profitability” have been added to the import of articles.

Sell in: DV fictitious
When importing sell in data, it is now possible to include a dummy DV for simulation.

Reportings

Reporting 3: Adding the basic item
In the “Period” filter of reporting 3, the basic simulation item has been added:

Reporting 3: panel data to circuits and decomposition pop-up
In reporting 3, if you select a circuit and the “Panel data, volume/value:” parameter is “at the circuit”, in the pop-up breakdown by brand, the panel data will be copied for each brand:

Simulation

Changing the calculations
The various calculations and simulation logic have been modified. The start and end dates on the product line have been replaced by a movement date.

See the detailed sheet for more information .

Sell out/sell in data selection by date
You can now choose to select sell out/sell in data based on a start date and an end date, or the last X as before.

Free coefficients
9 free coefficients have been added in the choice of columns:

FreeFieldCoefficientGlobal1
FreeFieldCoefficientGlobal2
FreeFieldCoefficientGlobal3
Applies to both sell out AND sell in calculations

FreeFieldCoefficientSellOut1
FreeFieldCoefficientSellOut2
FreeFieldCoefficientSellOut3
Applies to sell out calculations

FreeFieldCoefficientSellIn1
FreeFieldCoefficientSellIn2
FreeFieldCoefficientSellIn3
Applies to sell in calculations

Editable columns
Sales volume, sales value as well as DV Panel (for sell out) and DV Acc (for sell in) are now editable directly in the table.

Simulation: scenario stratum color code
If the scenario layer is different from the current layer, the scenario layer color is orange .

Start and end date of the simulation
It is now possible to start a simulation in the past.
Additionally, you can change the start and end dates later.

Teaching priorities
Sign prioritizations have been added in the column selection.

Number of stores
The number of stores for the current strata and scenario strata columns has been added in the column selection.

Scenario: Number of products whose SEO is modified
In the scenario modification pop-up, a table summarizes the number of products whose stratum has been modified, by brand.

Apply scenario layers to: improvement
The functionality to apply scenario strata to (agreement, goal or landing) has been improved to only consider products that have scenario strata different from the current strata.

DV Beaches
The DV range mechanics have been revised and adapted to the new simulation logic.

Favorite scenario
Set a favorite scenario so that you can automatically return to the favorite scenario when you start the simulation.

Creating a new scenario from another: resuming the state of the table.
When you create a new scenario from an existing scenario, the new scenario takes over the table state (filters, sorting, grouping, etc.) of the existing scenario.

Remember to apply and view the existing scenario first for this to work.
This feature is not available on simulation-specific columns (current turnover, free coefficients, etc.).

Scenario Label Control
When saving a scenario, a check is performed to ensure that multiple scenarios do not have the same label within a simulation.

Bug fixes :
  • Simulation: If the simulation table contained multiple signs and you made changes to multiple signs, only the data for the first sign was saved;
  • Import: when exporting panel data (to the brand or to the circuit) or sell-in, it was possible that the exported EAN was a past EAN in certain cases.
