View & Share System
The view system has been completely reworked, allowing us to add a long-awaited feature: view sharing.
Easily share your view with users or roles so everyone has the same view of a menu.

The owner of the view remains the only person able to modify it. But users to whom it is shared can save it to their account and then modify it.
Old views
Your old view should be preserved. But if you have a problem with a view, save or create it again so that it is transferred to the new view system.
Search bar
The search bar located with the action buttons allows you to quickly search for data in the table displayed on the screen (including columns not displayed).
Distribution of sell in
When importing sell-in data at the parent brand level , the sales value and sales volume data can be automatically distributed to the daughter brands accordingto distribution keys configured in the back office .
Number of stores
The number of stores can now be set at the stratum/category/period level in the back office.
In the various menus displaying the “Number of stores” columns, the number of stores at the stratum/category/period level is first taken into account. If it is 0, then the number of stores at the stratum level is taken into account.

The user interface of the customer file has been reworked as well as the various fields.
Some fields now contain a character counter.
Alert if the product becomes unpublished or deleted
If you change your product status to “Deleted” or unpublish the product, a pop-up will summarize whether there are any current and future period agreements for the product . You then have the option to automatically create a delisting agreement for the brands you select.

List of products
By default, the reference menu displays products that are published, that are not in “Deletion” status and that have a reference prioritization.
A new option, available in the “Means” menu of the back office, allows you to no longer take into account the reference prioritization. The Referencing menu then displays the products that are published and which are not in “Deletion” status.
Reportings |
Reporting 3: aggregation of daughter brands on the parent brand
If a parent brand is linked to a circuit, a fictitious brand named “[Brand name] aggregation” is automatically created and aggregates the data from the daughter brands.
