Quota: distribution by role
In the quota allocation help, use the “Role” button (after selecting a value to assign and a level) to easily allocate your quotas.

Quota for the role
To avoid errors, the “Role” button in the “Quota per role” column is now hidden if the organization does not contain multiple roles.

If your service provider is compatible, they can track activity by order.
Service providers must use a new EDI to retrieve the activity tracking link.
It is not possible to use the current EDI or provider portal.
Role: authorization for late cancellation
You can now allow certain roles to use late cancellation on certain devices.
BO order: default Merch category
In the BO command, when creating a merch order, the category is no longer filled in by default and is mandatory.
Watch: Adding filters
You can filter watches according to their status (Ongoing, Future or Completed).

When creating/modifying a user, home management has been simplified and improved.

Detailed analysis of KPIs
The Detailed KPI Analysis report now includes all your KPIs.
Product Analysis & SFA Referencing : Product Type Column
The “Product Type” column (standard, promotional or rent ) has been added to the Product Analysis report as well as to the SFA Referencing menu.
Direct orders & Revenue and weight: new columns
The columns “Delivery location group”, “Circuit”, “Distribution channel” and “POS type” have been added to the Direct Orders & Sales and Weight reports.
Resource order: table update
When you perform actions (validation, rejection, etc.) in the Resources Order reporting table, it is updated live.
- BO commands: following a certain sequence of actions, the filter in the “By POS” tab of the BO command might not be active;
- Product catalogue: the checkboxes in the table were no longer active;
- Questionnaire: when duplicating a questionnaire, some parameters were not copied;
- Order validation: when validating bulk orders, the comment was not inserted;
- Reference SFA: the "Signage" filter in the "Company name" pop-up was no longer working;
- KPI management: when saving new objectives, the old objectives were deleted.
