Animation: animation hours
If times are enabled on the desired Event medium, it is possible to choose the morning start and end times, as well as the afternoon start and end times for the entertainment services.
The selected times are also displayed in the LAC details pop-up in the LAC Tracking and Order Report menus.

Arbitration
It is now possible to arbitrate orders upwards, and therefore take additional quota from a user within the limit of their remaining available quota.
For example, the CS created a merch order of 2 hours, or €86. After the service, a report is made to indicate that it actually lasted 3 hours. It is then possible to arbitrate the order up to €129 and therefore take an additional €43 from his quota.

Reporting Evaluation
Evaluation reporting has now moved to the new table system. Period filters as well as view systems and additional columns have been added.

Product: back to list
When the user is on an article sheet, and uses the "Back" button, he is returned to the list of articles of the means he had selected, with the filters that had been carried out.

BO Command: Improvements
Various improvements have been made to the BO command:

  • In all steps, the "Back" button allows you to return to the list of BO commands;

Pop-up campaign
In a campaign's pop-up, it is indicated whether it is published or not.

Synchronization log
The synchronization log allows you to know the last date of a user's connection to the front office. The Alert filter (in number of days) allows you to display a color code on users who have not connected for more than X days.

Quota: return to list
After saving a quota, the user remains on the quota list they were on.

Survey: choice of categories for photos
In the statement templates, it is now possible to choose for which categories photos are enabled and mandatory.

Survey: multifacing
In the statement templates, it is now possible to enable multifacing for the desired categories.
Multifacing allows users to indicate the number of facings of a product, and to add "furniture" to it (for example pallets on the ground).

In the "Furniture Type" menu, it is possible to create "Floor" type furniture.
In the “Product Analysis” reporting, the linear share per piece of furniture has been added.

Sign: choice of picking
By default, picking products on higher levels, or products without referencing is allowed on the brands. It is possible to prohibit it thanks to the new parameters on the brands.

Visit closing: mandatory contact
In the visit step settings, by clicking on the closing step, it is possible to make the question "Contacts met?" mandatory.
If it is made mandatory, the CS must respond in order to close the visit. If he answers no, he can close the visit. If he answers yes, he must indicate which contact(s) he met.

Promotions: improvements
Various improvements have been made to creating a promotional campaign:

  • Promotion Name = Campaign Name;
  • In-store operation end dates = campaign end date;
  • If a product is only attached to one promotional unit, it is automatically selected;
  • When adding an offer, it is published by default;
  • When adding a product, it is published by default.

Delivery location: SFA tabs
The SFA tabs (Preferences, Strata, Investments, KPIs, Visits) are now accessible for all types of delivery locations.

User: choice of delegation end date
When setting up a delegation, it is now possible to choose the end date.

Activity report: download photos
The "Number of photos before" and "Number of photos after" columns allow you to know the number of photos that were taken in the visit report. Clicking on the number opens a preview and download pop-up.
While the checkboxes in the table, combined with the button, allow you to download the photos.

Product analysis
The table columns have been reorganized and some have been added (Product Categories).

SFA referencing
The SFA Reporting menu has now moved to the new table system. It is also possible to simulate the referencing of a delivery location or a delivery location/user.
The button allows you to synchronize the referencing from eCOS ® Assort to eCOS ® SFA. The date of the last refresh as well as the user who initiated it are also indicated. The referencing rate indicates how many stores have an active referencing vs. the number of stores in the brand.

Unreferenced places
The unreferenced locations log allows you to highlight delivery locations that have no associated reference.


Bug fixes :

  • Waves: If a wave contained a lot of dates, it was not possible to see the dates at the bottom of the page;
  • Merch product: only activities related to the product are reported;

  • BO command: if the product has no related activities, the activities of the product's means are displayed;
  • BO Command: When selecting targets, if a filter was performed and some targets were deselected, they were still added;
  • Order report: the choice to filter by status or service date was not taken into account;
  • Grouping: the choice to filter by status or service date was not taken into account;
  • Objectives: It was impossible to delete a Doc objective;
  • Activity reporting: HC type visits were not included in the reporting;
  • Activity reporting: the filters in the “Statement” and “Number of photos” columns were not working correctly.
