Refreshing the application
On Android, the back button and the pull down action no longer refresh the app, and therefore no longer redirect to the login portal.
Order: drafts
After adding products to the cart, you can create a draft and give it a name.
A new menu then appears in “My orders” to create orders from a draft.
Drafts remain available for 30 days.
Documents relating to signs or places
If documents have been attached to brands or locations from the back office, you will automatically find them in the customer file or during a visit.
SFA |
Visit: edit visit comment
When a visit has been closed, the visit leader can still modify the visit comment from the calendar.
Operational planning
Direct orders have been added to the operational schedule.
Survey: categories without product but with a shelf size
Categories that have no products in the statement but for which a shelf size has been entered count towards the linear share.
Statement: discontinued product goes into picking.
When a product was present or out of stock during a survey, and it is delisted during the next visit, it remains in the survey in picking mode if the corresponding option on the SFA method has been activated.
Return orders: restriction of return reasons
Return reasons can now be restricted to roles.
SFA Widgets: Limits for Administrator Accounts
The Shelf Share, Holding Rate, Missing Codes and Out of Stock Rate widgets are no longer displayed when the user has more than 3,000 points of sale.
If the user has between 1,000 and 3,000 points of sale, filters must be selected in the widgets to refine the result.
If the user has less than 1,000 points of sale, the widget results are displayed directly.
- Agenda: when creating a visit, the Stores filter did not allow scrolling through the list of stores;
- Orders: If a wave date is an excluded day, it is no longer included in the list of possible delivery dates;
- Orders: in some cases (process rent item under campaign), it was not possible to calculate a first delivery date.
