The Promos stage allows:

  • to indicate the negotiated quantities when the promotion is in negotiation period;
  • note the volumes at the point of sale when the promotion is in store.

The button takes the user back to the promo schedule.

Negotiation and observation can be carried out at different levels:

  • Promotion
  • Offer
  • Product

The period (Negotiation/Store) is indicated in brackets after the label of each campaign.

The color code in front of the promotion wording corresponds to:

  • Red : no product/offer/promotion has been negotiated/observed;
  • Orange : not all products/offers/promotions have been negotiated/observed;
  • Green : All products/offers/promotions have been negotiated/observed.

The Product tab allows you to indicate the quantities negotiated/observed per promotion/offer/campaign, as well as the type of promotion and location if they have already been negotiated.

The Means tab allows you to order the advertising and promotional means (POS, merch, animation or rent) linked to the campaign.
Click on to add all the products of the medium to the basket. It is then possible to finalize the order and return to the visit, or close the visit so that eCOS ® automatically returns you to the order basket.
Click on to go to the product catalog filtered on the campaign products.

The Documents tab allows you to view documents related to the campaign. Clicking on the document label downloads it, while clicking on the icon allows you to preview it.
