Preparation for visit

Visit preparation is performed when the scheduled visit start time is more than 30 minutes away. It allows you to access the Point of Sale Location and Preparation steps in order to have all the necessary information about the store and prepare the visit before execution.

Start a tour

It is possible to start a tour 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, or if the scheduled start time has passed.
When the visit is started, the user starts directly at step 3 (depending on the settings made by the administrator), but it is possible to return to the preparation steps (Location of the point of sale & Preparation).

The visit header

The tour header displays the date and planned start and end time of the tour.

The button allows you to delete the visit.

The icon allows you to consult the list of documents concerning the point of sale. The documents are configured from the back office directlyat the point of sale , or on the brand .

Comments from the last 3 visits are displayed in the “Previous visit comment” area, and it is possible to enter a visit comment regardless of the step in the “Comments” area.
In order to save readability space, it is possible to collapse the tour header by clicking on the blue area.
