Appointment to be confirmed

If a DR places a visit for CS, the CS can find the visits that are pending acceptance/rejection in this widget.
Clicking on the date will take you back to the calendar on the date of the visit and allow you to see whether the visit can be accepted or refused.

The DR will see the visit he placed in his widget until it is accepted or declined by the CS.

Click on the number to see the average number of visits per day per month.

Clicking on a campaign label opens the campaign pop-up and lets you see the products it contains, as well as the associated advertising and promotional materials and documents.

Promotions

This widget allows you to view current promotions. In front of you, you will find the wording of the promotion, the icon if promotion is in store and therefore to be noted or the icon if the promotion is negotiable.

Use the filters to refine promotions by brand, and the tabs to search for promotions according to their period (to be negotiated or in store).

Clicking on the promotion label takes you back to the promo plan , and the coverage rate lets you know where you stand.

Direct orders KPI

The widget allows you to compare, in value or weight, using the button , the total ordered vs the target set:

The total ordered in value or weight is taken into account from the moment the orders are created.

SPS score

The widget shows the average SPS per cluster. Clicking on a cluster allows you to analyze the points of sale in the cluster with their SPS and the evolution vs the previous visit.

Holding rate, linear share, Breakage rate & Missing codes

Each widget presents the average of its KPI across all points of sale, associated with the evolution vs. previous visits (1). Then the average is refined by cluster, itself associated with the evolution vs. previous visits (2).

Use filters to analyze data by location type, brands, circuits, categories and specificities (3).

A click on the total average of the PDV or on a cluster allows you to have the list of stores with the value of the associated KPI.
Click on a column header to change the sort order, and use the button to add a point of sale to the agenda pre-planning .

You can also analyze a KPI by categories or specificities using the associated buttons.
