Arbitrage

The "Arbitration" menu allows you to arbitrate a service if the user responsible for the order and/or the service provider has made a report.

It is possible to filter according to the organization of the person responsible for the order, the service provider or a period.

Clicking on an order line opens the order details and you can view the findings of the person responsible for the order and the service provider:

If a quota was linked to the order, it is then possible to reallocate part of the quota in the event of a dispute. To do this, fill in the "Arbitrated value" and "Arbitrated quota" fields, then click on:

  • Finish: To save the arbitration and reassign the quota to the responsible user;
  • Complete and reprogram: to immediately recreate the order.

For example, the service was worth 79 quotas. If I arbitrate that the service is actually worth 40 quotas (because a speaker did not show up), 39 quotas will be returned to the user responsible for the order.
On the contrary, if the service was worth 79 quotas and it lasted longer than expected, it is possible to arbitrate upwards and indicate that it is actually worth 119 quotas. 40 additional quotas will therefore be consumed by the person responsible for the order (up to the limit of the remaining available quota).
