The "LAC Tracking" allows you to view orders and export them to Excel, and to delete a distribution or modify its delivery dates.

View orders

Use the filter section to refine your search. More filters can be displayed by clicking on . Then click on to display the selection in table form.

The button allows you to export the table of each process to Excel (with one process = one Excel sheet). The file is available in the notifications when it has been generated.

The button allows you to manage the table columns by adding or removing them. You can also change the width and position of the columns and save a view to save all these settings.

The "Action" column allows - depending on the user permissions, the status of the order, the delivery times or the process - to duplicate, cancel, switch to express/immediate, modify an order or make after-sales service requests and extensions/early recovery.

Clicking on an order status opens the status details pop-up, and analyzes who made a change to the order status and when:

Clicking on the LAC ID opens the LAC details pop-up and provides all the related information:

Delete a distribution

Click on , then indicate the distribution number in the pop-up, before clicking on
In the pop-up, orders are grouped by location type and date.
Opposite each group, it is possible to delete all the attached orders using the button
