Watches are requests for feedback from the field to headquarters. They can include images, documents and a comment. Each Watch created will have a Watch folder associated with it.
Create a watch
Click the button and fill in the fields:
- Label ;
- Date ;
- Campaign period (period when the Watch will be visible in the front office);
- Priority ;
- Max documents (maximum Watch uploads);
- Active (if not checked, the Watch will not appear in the front office).
It is also possible to add a description to the Watch.
Restrictions
In the "Organizations" tab, it is possible to restrict a Watch to one or more organizations. To do this, move the desired organizations from left to right.
In the "Signs" tab, it is possible to restrict a Watch to one or more signs. To do this, move the desired signs from left to right.
In the "Classifications" tab, it is possible to restrict a Watch to one or more classifications. To do this, move the desired classifications from left to right.
In the "Categories" tab, it is possible to restrict a Watch to one or more categories. To do this, move the desired categories from left to right.
Validation
It is also possible to enable validation for a Watch. If enabled, a validation level, notification delay and validator roles will be requested.
If a person who is not part of the validator level and roles makes a Watch report, it will be pending validation and to be validated/refused in the " Watch Validations " menu. As long as the Watch has not been validated, it is not visible to other front office users.

Finally, the "Files" tab, available after the first backup, allows you to track all the Watch uploads that have been made:

Several action buttons are also available:
- Delete: After selecting a Watch(s), allows you to delete the Watch(s) from the Watch folder;
- Manage folders: to make the Watch available in a classic folder;
- Download: after selecting one or more documents, allows you to download the documents (a .zip file is created and available in the notifications).
If the Watch is composed of an image, by hovering over the icon In the "File Type" column, a preview of the image is displayed.
