Manage folder tree
To create a new folder at the root, click the button without having selected a folder.
To create a subfolder, right-click on the parent folder, then click "Add subfolder".
It is possible to modify the attachment of folders using drag and drop:

To delete a folder, select the desired folder and then click before confirming the deletion.
Delete a folder
All subfolders will also be deleted. But the documents contained in the different folders will not be deleted.
Folder Settings
In the folder details, it is possible to set it to "Important" and "Auto-subscribe". If a folder is set to "Important" or "Auto-subscribe", all files it contains will be flagged "Important" or "Auto-subscribe." :

You can also provide a description of the file, as well as a visual.
Restrictions
In the "Organizations" tab, it is possible to restrict a folder to one or more organizations. To do this, move the desired organizations from left to right.
Restriction teaches
Parent and daughter organizations of the selected organization will also automatically have access to the file.
In the "Signs" tab, it is possible to restrict a folder to one or more signs. To do this, move the desired signs from left to right.
In the "Roles" tab, it is possible to restrict a folder to one or more roles. To do this, move the desired roles from left to right.
In the "Classifications" tab, it is possible to restrict a folder to one or more classifications. To do this, move the desired classifications from left to right.
In the "Categories" tab, it is possible to restrict a folder to one or more categories. To do this, move the desired categories from left to right.
Validation
Finally, it is possible to enable validation for a file. If enabled, a validation level, a notification period and the validator roles will be requested. If a person who is not part of the validator level and roles drops a file in this file, it will be awaiting validation and to be validated/refused in the " File validations " menu.
Manage documents
In the "Documents" tab, the list of documents associated with the file is listed:

Several action buttons are available above the table:
- Delete: after selecting one or more documents, allows you to delete the document from the folder (but they are not deleted from the platform);
- Download: after selecting one or more documents, allows you to download the documents (a .zip file is created and available in the notifications);
- Mark as important: after selecting one or more documents, allows you to flag the documents as important;
- Auto-subscription: after selecting one or more documents, allows you to flag the documents as auto-subscription.
Below the table, the “Add” button allows you to add a document to the folder.
By clicking on the label of a document, the document detail pop-up opens. It allows you to:
- Change the document label (by default the document label = name of the imported file);
- Change the publication start and end dates;
- Edit the document description;
- Integrate keywords into the document to find it more easily in the front office;
- Manage which folders the document is in;
- Add/remove document versions and view their history (document versions allow you to import a new version of the document without having to delete it to reimport it).

To permanently delete a document from the platform, go to the “ Purge ” menu.
