Login

To connect to the eCOS ® Blue Eagle suite applications, go to the link: https://m.ecos2.externis.com

Enter the username, password and customer code (i.e. the name of the platform).
Then click on “LOGIN”.

Once logged in, the user is redirected to the user portal .

Auto login

If auto-login is enabled on your platform (to be configured with the support service), and you click on the “Remember” button, you no longer need to enter your login details if you close the application or browser tab.

Auto-login is disabled if you use the “Logout” button or clear the browser cache.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password:

  1. Click on “Forgotten password”.
  2. Enter your email address and customer code (i.e. the name of the platform).
  1. An email is then sent to the address indicated.
  1. Click the reset link in the email.

Link duration

The link is active for one hour. After this time, you must make a new reset request.

User Portal

Once logged in, you will be redirected to the user portal. On the left are the applications you have access to, while on the right are displayed the news from eCOS ®.

The different applications available:

eCOS ® Assort front office
eCOS ® Sales Front Office
eCOS ® Back-office
Service provider portal

It is also possible to add links to other applications (for example your OneDrive, or another external tool) by contacting Externis support.
