Activating the extension
Ensure that the extension is validated for your account by your administrator in the Extensions menu of the back office , and that the extension is activated in your account settings .
In the agenda, and only on PC , eCOS ® AI suggests the stores to visit first thanks to the “Suggestions” tab located above “My POS” (1) .
Click on it to expand the 25 suggested stores which are sorted in descending order of importance (the most important to visit is located at the top of the list) (2) .
When you select a store, eCOS AI explains why it's important to visit it (KPIs not meeting targets, visit frequency not being met, promotional campaigns to negotiate , etc.) (3) . eCOS AI also suggests time slots for scheduling the visit based on legal requirements, visit preferences, and your shopping habits (the yellow slot corresponds to the usual visit time slot) (4) .
Click on a time slot to view it in the calendar, double-click on a time slot to add it as a draft in the calendar. You can then create or delete all draft visits at once using the buttons.
