The chatter allows you to send text or voice messages as well as images and screenshots to other eCOS users via private conversations or groups.

The Chatter extension is available on mobile, tablet and PC, and is compatible with Sales and the back office.

Create a new discussion

To create a new discussion, click the button Then choose whether it's a new group (with a single administrator), a multi-person conversation (all members are administrators), or create a private conversation by selecting a contact from the list.

If you are creating a group or a multi-person conversation, enter a name (only for groups) and select the members to add.

Replying to messages

If you receive new messages, the number of new messages is indicated in the bubble. and conversations containing new messages are highlighted:

If a user is online, their icon is green.

Click on a discussion to access the rent messages.
Your messages are on the right in blue, while the messages of other participants are on the left in grey.

Enter your text in the designated bar before using the button. to send it.
You can also dictate your message using the button
Finally, using the button You can send voice messages, images or screenshots (PC only).

Tagging elements

When entering a message, you can tag rent elements:

  • other users using @
  • orders, products, campaigns or points of sale using #

When items are tagged, you can click on them to open the details of an order, product, point of sale, campaign, or be redirected to the discussion with another user.
