Browser
Make sure you are using the latest version of the browser you are using and a standard version, i.e. one not customized by the IT department.
Android
On Android devices, document preview is not possible due to a technical limitation by Google.
Network connection
To use online mode and synchronize data quickly, make sure you have a stable and sufficient network connection.
Antivirus/firewall
Some antivirus and/or firewalls are invasive and significantly slow down the use of different sites. Check with your IT administrator the antivirus/firewall settings in order to whitelist eCOS ®.
VPN
Some VPNs may slow down the connection by routing it through a foreign country, or are not sized for the number of active users. If possible, disable the VPN while using eCOS ®.
Sign out of Google account
With the Google Chrome browser, your account is probably activated by default. This activates a synchronization of all data to Google servers and therefore slows down the overall connection.

Smartphone: Check app sleep settings
On Android, check that apps are allowed to run in the background. If necessary, remove the battery saving mode that closes power-consuming apps.
