KPI Management

For each KPI, indicate whether it is enabled or not (1).
Then set the P0. If the P0 is not set, the "Year Start Date" option (global to the entire platform) is taken into account (2).
Finally, indicate the tolerance percentage (3).

If the target is 95 and the tolerance is 5%, the KPI will be red between 0 and 90 , orange between 90 and 95 , then green above 95 .

Overall objectives

In the “Objectives” tab, select a cluster from the list and then click the button to add it to the table (1).
Then fill in the objectives by categories/clusters (2).

Objectives of the organization

Click on a category row to be able to set goals for the organization/cluster.
If an organization does not have a goal, the overall goal is taken into account.

In this example for the detention rate, the category "ABBAYE" and the cluster "HM", the Annecy organization has a target of 6.56.
If she didn't have a goal in the organization, her goal would be 96.5.

Setting KPI targets in the future

To set goals for the future, select your KPI, then in the “Goals” tab, click on to leave on blank objectives or on to initialize future goals from current goals.

Enter a label and an application date. Then enter the overall or organizational objectives.

Future goals will then replace current goals on the application date you previously entered. As long as the application date has not been reached, you can modify or delete future goals.

Create custom KPIs

You can create custom KPIs from a standard KPI by clicking the button
Enter the name of your KPI, then indicate whether it is active or not, its P0 and its tolerance.

You can then, in the “Definition” tab, indicate for which organizations this KPI will be calculated and displayed.
You can also restrict your KPI to stores via clusters.
Finally, you can target which products will be affected via categories, classifications and specificities.

Custom KPI Calculations

The calculation rule for a custom KPI remains that of the standard KPI to which it is linked.

Setting up the SPS

Click the button
In the pop-up, indicate the weight of each KPI in the SPS for each cluster.

Rules

The total of a cluster must equal 100.
To be taken into account in the SPS, the KPI must have an objective.
The SPS can be composed of 20 different KPIs.

SPS

SPS stands for Score Perfect Store . It is a point-of-sale score that is a weighted calculation of certain KPIs. It is used to rate the store. The goal is to get closer to an SPS of 100.

Calculation of SPS

For each KPI, an index between the value of the KPI following the visit and the objective is calculated. Then this value is weighted to the weight of the KPI in the SPS. The SPS cannot exceed 100:
