Clusters are groups of delivery locations created based on delivery location criteria. They allow you to manage SFA KPIs.

Below the cluster list, a graph shows the number of delivery locations per cluster, as well as the number of locations without clusters.

After clicking on a cluster, it is possible to modify the label, as well as the criteria.
A delivery location cannot be part of multiple clusters. Click to verify that the clustering is correct.
