If you create an order while offline, or an order is in error, they will be indicated by the icon in the My Orders menu:
The “Pending Orders” menu contains all the orders created while offline. They will be automatically synchronized when you are online. In this menu, you can delete or return to the cart the different orders.
The “Orders in error” menu contains all the orders that are in error. In this menu, you can delete or return the different orders to the cart.
