Track material, merch, animation and rent orders
To track material, merch, animation and rent orders, go to “Order Tracking”.
By default, the “All” tab shows commands for all processes. Switch tabs to view different information in the table.
Use the different filters (the “Status” filter is only available after selecting a process in the tabs) and/or the search bar to quickly find an order.
The color code of the statuses:
- Green : the order follows the normal status workflow;
- Orange : a user action is pending (awaiting validation, to be noted, deferred);
- Red : there was an anomaly concerning the order (cancelled by the service provider, partial shipment, delivered with anomaly, arbitration).

In the first column, you can find the following action buttons or indications:

allows you to view proof of delivery of the Material order;

the rent order is subject to early recovery/extension request ;

the order is subject to after-sales service .
Click on a LAC number to open the details pop-up. This allows you to have all the information concerning the order, and to perform actions ( cancel, cancel and replace, modify , accept or refuse , note and evaluate , early recovery and extension , make a request for after-sales service or transfer ):

Track Direct Orders
To track direct orders, go to “Direct Order Tracking”.
By default, the “All” tab displays orders and returns by LAC. Switch tabs to display different information in the table, and to display orders (grouping of LACs).
Use the various filters and/or the search bar to quickly find an order.
The color code of the statuses:
- Green : the order follows the normal status workflow;
- Orange : a user action is pending (awaiting validation);
- Red : there was an anomaly concerning the order (Partial shipment, delivered with anomaly, arbitration).

Click on an order number to open the details pop-up. This allows you to have all the information concerning the order (with all the attached LACs), and to perform actions ( cancel or duplicate the order).
