Apply for early resumption/extension
Early resumption/extension allows you to change the end date of a rent service by bringing forward or pushing back the original resumption date.
To create an early recovery/extension request, go to the “Order Tracking” menu, then click on an order number to open the detail pop-up. In the action buttons, click on “Recovery or extension”:

In the new pop-up, choose whether you want to request early collection of the furniture or request an extension:

Then select the desired date from the possible dates. You can also insert a comment and can see until which date the provider can accept/refuse the request for resumption or extension:

Status rule
The order must be in progress status to be able to request an early recovery/extension.
Track an early resumption/extension request
In the “Order Tracking” menu, it is possible to filter orders that have an early recovery/extension request that has not yet been validated by the service provider. These orders also have the icon next to their number:

In the order details pop-up, the requested early resumption or extension date is displayed in red until it has been validated by the service provider:

When the request for early resumption or extension has been accepted by the service provider, the requested resumption date replaces the original resumption date.
