Create a service provider

To create a service provider, click on the button , then in the “Details” area, fill in all the mandatory information ( not forgetting the process field ).

Restrictions

You can apply restrictions on organizations or brands. For example, a service provider linked only to organizations in Corsica, or a service provider only for the Carrefour brand.

Means

Link the service provider to the various means concerned and enter the various deadlines, as well as the rates. If a product does not have a rate, the one linked to the service provider/means will be taken into account.

Click on to save the creation.

Rent price lists

It is possible to integrate transport & collection rates, as well as rates per product/rental period.

Use the button to download the existing file, modify it, and upload it with the button . The button allows you to view change logs.

Edit a provider

In the "Providers" menu, simply click on the logistician to modify. It is then possible to modify all the fields, including the deadlines.

Click on to save the changes.

Delete a provider

In the "Providers" menu, simply click on the logistician to delete, then on , before confirming the deletion.
