Following the discontinuation of the Silverlight version of eCOS ®, the button to access it has been removed from the portal.

Graphic design
In a rent product sheet, the “Graphic design” tab allows you to create different graphic designs, which can then be selected when creating an order.
Order without end date
If the option is enabled on the medium, it is now possible to create rent orders with a start date but without an end date.
Furniture transfer
If the option is enabled on the means, it is now possible to request the transfer of a piece of furniture so that it is picked up from a store and sent directly to another store.
Split order quantities
When a rent order is created with more than one quantity, as many LACs are created as there are quantities.

Change the label of an order
It is now possible to modify the label of a BO order by clicking on its name in the list.
Contact creation
For merch, animation and rent processes, you can create a contact directly from the BO order by selecting the “Create a contact” option.
Select a delivery location for multiple users
In the table, select the users who should have the same delivery location, then, in the delivery location selection pop-up, click “Apply to selected rows”.
Stock of kits
In step 3, when selecting products, the fictitious stock of the kits is now displayed.

Reporting visit frequencies
The point of sale reference has been added, as well as a “Coverage” column (equal to 100 if the store has been visited since the start date in the filters, or 0 if the store has not been visited). In the filters, it is now possible to select a start date.
Activity reporting
Added a column “Contact met?”. If a contact was met: ✓. If no contact was met, the cell is empty.
Direct Orders Reporting
The postal code has been added as a column in the table, as well as a “Purchase Order” column which allows you to view the purchase order.

Products: list of products
You can now add or remove columns in the product list, change the width of the columns and change their order. All changes are automatically saved.
Statement template, sales plan template and order template: brand item code
The item code has been added to the fields available for the statement template, sales plan template and order template.
Bug fixes :
- Users: in the “Delivery locations” tab, the list was not filtered according to the selected method;
- Home: In the notifications widget, the notification for validating a change of location type did not redirect to the Delivery locations menu.
