Companies
In the companies menu, in order to configure the direct order, it is now possible to indicate the currency, the free (and whether it is in value, quantity or weight) and whether it must be reached when ordering. It is also possible to indicate whether it is possible to order free products and whether the T&Cs will be inserted at the same time as the order form.
For multi-company, it is possible to set up plan, purchase order and return templates as well as template configurations per company.
Delivery location
In the delivery locations sheet, it is possible to indicate the delivery days for the direct order.
Just like in the front office, the opening hours of the point of sale can be entered on the location file in the back office.
For direct ordering, the logistics tab allows you to configure the delivery time by company/logistician.
Logistician
When creating a logistician, it is now necessary to indicate its type (POS logistician, finished product logistician or ERP).
Control units
This menu allows you to create order units for finished products.
Assorted Articles
This menu allows you to be redirected to the eCOS ® Assort Articles menu.
Direct order catalogs
Catalogs are a list of products authorized for direct ordering by brand.
For each product added, it is possible to enter a label, its position, as well as a start and end date of publication in the catalog.
The Info tab allows you to indicate which information about the product should be displayed in the product details pop-up in the front office.
Direct order tracking
The direct order tracking menu allows you to track direct orders and manage their statuses.
Organization: sharing
In the Organizations menu, the Sharing tab allows you to indicate which organizations have access to the data of the selected organization.
For example, you can give access to a promoter's data to a CS. The CS will then be able to see the promoter's stores, orders, etc., even if he is not hierarchically attached to him.
Reporting delivery locations
The delivery locations reporting allows you to display all the desired POS and information. By using the "Include all organizations" button, the row of a POS appears as many times as it is linked to organizations. A click on the last visit date opens the full visit in a pop-up, while a click on the last statement date opens the statement pop-up.
