Role: FO menu management
Menu management for the Sales front office has been removed.
Now, if a user has access to the Doc process, he will see the Watch, My Watch, Objectives and Folders.
If he has access to the SFA process, he will see the Agenda and Promo Plan menus.
If he has access to an order process, he will see the Product Catalog, Order Tracking, Order Validation and Report/Evaluation menus.
And if direct ordering is enabled on the platform, the Product Catalog, Direct Order Tracking and Product Return menus will be displayed.
Only the Home and My Clients menus are always displayed.
Creation of stores
Store creation is now done from the “Delivery locations” menu.
In the “Signs” menu, the “Add a store” button has therefore been removed.
Mails
Emails containing links now redirect to the BO V2.
Editorial
When an image exceeds 100KB, an alert message is displayed.

Set return reasons per company and whether or not it is mandatory to indicate a reason when creating a return order.
Reporting Detailed analysis of KPIs
It is now indicated when the last KPI aggregation was performed.

The new online help is available! Browse through it to find all the answers to your questions.
- Means Orders Report: the “SAV” and “Extension” columns have been removed from the Event and Merch processes;
- LAC tracking, Resource orders, direct orders: when a view was saved with the choice on “Service date”, the button was not correctly reloaded when returning to the reporting;
- LAC tracking: column management (show or hide columns) was no longer functional;
- In various menus, there is no alert pop-up when there were unsaved changes;
- Analysis of visit frequencies: some stores were not displayed even when selecting the “Include all” button;
- Product: The “Type” column in the Material process products table now shows the type label.
