Generalities

Simplifying the delivery location information sheet
New organization of tabs in a customer record. The Preferences and Opening Hours tabs have been merged into a single tab. The Investments, Sales Tracking, and Returns Tracking tabs have been merged into a single tab renamed Sales and Investments. The Info, Map, and Attributes tabs are merged into Info.

Campaign
The average start and end dates are now uncorrelated with the dates of in-store operations.

Back-office order valuation
Orders created on the back office are now valued globally and by product at step 3.

Front Office Menu Configuration
It is now possible to hide the front office menus from the role settings.

Changes to the fields of a delivery location
If you want to give your sales representatives the ability to modify certain fields of a delivery location, this is now possible. The configuration will be based on the type of location, and you can authorize modifications to specific roles if needed.

Reporting

Engagement rate reporting
In the organizations column you can now filter by values.

Promotion report
Each promotional line negotiated in the report is now valued according to the number of UC and the product price.

External reference of an order
When integrating external orders from an ERP into eCOS , the ERP order number was added:

  • New column in the direct commands table
  • New field in order details
  • New column in the Excel server export

Total Merch Hours
In the Resources Orders report, on the MERCH tab, three new columns have been added: Total service (total merch hours x number of staff), Total night hours (night hours x number of staff), and Total day hours (day hours x number of staff). The Excel server export has also been updated with these three columns.


Bug fixes :
  • Reallocation of a quota to the role;
  • Saving KPI objectives;
  • Changing stratum to category on an impossible delivery location;
  • Incorrect promotional negotiation rate on a group purchase in the promotional report;
  • Error accessing SPS settings.
