The "Survey Templates" menu allows you to configure different types of surveys which are then part of a combination in the template configurations .

Create a visit report configuration

Product information

Slide from left to right the information about the products that users will be able to view in the front office.
The first 5 pieces of information are those that will be visible in the list view. Additional information will only be visible in thumbnail view (= one product per page).

It is not possible to modify the "Name" and "EAN" fields, but it is possible to modify the display order of the other fields with drag and drop:

Information collected

Slide the statement information that users will need to fill in from left to right.

It is not possible to modify the "Facing" and "State" fields, but it is possible to modify the display order of the other fields with drag and drop.

For the price (the price noted in store), you can choose which price (1, 2 or 3) on the product sheet it will be compared with.

For all fields other than Facing and Status, you can indicate whether a response is mandatory by clicking on
If you do not provide context (product and/or brand), it will be mandatory for all products in all brands.

KPI

Drag from left to right the KPIs (standard or custom) that will be displayed in the product statement. It is possible to put different KPIs between the global and category KPIs:

Photos

The "Photos" tab allows you to indicate whether it is possible and mandatory to take photos of the shelves by category.

Multifacing

The "Multifacing" tab allows you to activate multifacing on the desired categories.

Edit a visit report

Click on the statement template to modify, then make the desired changes in the different tabs before saving.

Delete a visit report

Click on the visit report to delete, then on the button to then confirm the deletion.
