Appointment subtypes are reasons for visit for eCOS ® SFA.
The "CL" (Clientele) types count towards the KPIs, visit frequency and working time, while visits made with the "HC" (Non-Clientele) type do not count towards the KPIs, visit frequency and working time.
Each type of visit has subtypes which can be configured.
Default subtype
There are different default subtypes: VISIT, NIGHT (for overnight stays), EXTERNAL (for appointments synchronized from an external calendar).
Create a visit subtype
Click the button 
, then enter the label and what type of visit it is attached to (CL or HC). You can also restrict the subtype to organizations and/or roles, and choose what color it will be displayed in the calendar.
Click on 
to save the creation.
Edit a visit subtype
Click on the visit subtype to modify, you can then modify the label, the attachment to the visit type or the restrictions, before saving.
Delete a visit subtype
Click on the visit subtype to delete, then on the button 
to then confirm the deletion.
