This menu aims to monitor supplies in the warehouses of the different brands.
To display warehouse data, you must first select one or more periods, one or more brands and a category.
Signs
Only brands with at least one attached warehouse are displayed in the menu.
For each item, the following data can be viewed and modified:
- First supply : corresponds to the date on which the first order was delivered to the brand's warehouse;
- Last supply : corresponds to the most recent supply date of the brand's warehouse;
- Closing date: for discontinued items, this is the last supply date carried out by the brand's warehouse.
Permissions
The First Supply, Last Supply and Close Date columns are linked to role permissions.
Just like on the Roadmap, the blue cells are the editable cells (if the user has the associated permissions on their role).
Editable cells
For a cell to be editable, the user must have write permission on the product category and the brand concerned, as well as permission on the column.
Reporting settings
There are also three customizable columns. They are text type and are not subject to any rules (their name is modifiable and is addressed to the support service). To display them:
- In the reporting settings, check “Show custom warehouse columns”
- Click on “Column Settings”
- Then in the tab
- Under the “Warehouse” section, there are the fields “WH1”, “WH2”, “WH3”.
Permissions
Columns WH1, WH2 and WH3 are linked to role permissions.
Copying warehouse data
Select products using the checkboxes in the table, then click 
In the pop-up, select the brands for which you want to copy the data, as well as the destination period. Once validated, the data (First supply, last supply, Closing date, WH1, WH2 and WH3) of the products, brands and the selected period will be copied to the selected period.
