The 'Priorities' menu, accessible from the 'Articles' menu by clicking on the button , allows you to create priorities, and export them to Excel to then import the data.

Create a prioritization
The 'Add Prioritization' button allows you to create a new prioritization. By clicking on it, a pop-up is displayed:

Select a category level in the first column (global = all products) as well as a type (without context, Brand or Circuit) and click on “Create”.
If the prioritization already exists, an error message is displayed:

Once the prioritization is created, it is accessible in the “Choose a prioritization to work on” drop-down list.
Change item prioritizations (via Excel)
Select a prioritization from the “Choose a prioritization to work on” drop-down list. Depending on the prioritization, it is possible to target a category and a specific brand or circuit to work on.
The reference prioritization is symbolized by the icon

When the prioritization has been selected, the "Export" button becomes active. By clicking on the button, a pop-up opens and offers the choice to export the prioritizations from the selected period, or the previous period:

An Excel export is then generated. The change of prioritization is made in column C "Priority":

Excel Color Code
- Gray: Data available for information;
- Blank: User can fill in the priority for each product;
- Red: This is essential information that must not be modified to allow the tool to recognize the information entered.
Import Rules
- Priorities should start with 1;
- The order must be sequential (1, 2, 3…);
- There must be no duplicate priority within the same context and/or category;
- All items must have a priority (no empty cells. If an item should not have a priority, indicate 0).
To import the priorities, click the 'Select File or Drag and Drop' button to open the operating system's file explorer or drag and drop its file into the area provided for this purpose. If the file is correct, the application automatically fills the drop-down lists with the priority, and the linked context.
When the file is valid, click on and validate in the following pop-up.
If the import does not contain errors, they are displayed in a new pop-up:

Adjust priorities (drag and drop)
This menu, accessible from the “Articles” menu by clicking on the “Adjust priorities” button , allows you to adjust the priorities of the articles.
The period displayed corresponds to the period selected in the “Articles” menu.
The reference prioritization is symbolized by the icon

Select a priority to work on, a category, or even a brand or a circuit. When the drop-down lists are filled in, the prioritization adjustment tables are displayed:

The left table contains products that already have a priority. The right table contains products that do not have priorities.
Move a product from left to right to remove prioritization, or from right to left to give it prioritization.
When saving, the “Current Priority” column will take the values of the “New Priority” column for the selected prioritization and period. When changes are made, the 'Save' icon becomes active
